Purpose. Personal data provided through the website’s contact form is processed in order to manage and respond to enquiries and requests from customers and users.

Legal basis. Processing is based on the user’s consent, given by accepting this policy and submitting the form, and on taking pre-contractual steps when the user requests information or a quote.

Mandatory data. The fields marked as mandatory in the form are needed to deal with the request; if they are not provided, it will not be possible to respond.

Retention. Data will be kept for the time needed to deal with the request and, afterwards, for a maximum of 12 months, unless there is a contractual relationship or a legal obligation that requires keeping it for longer.

Recipients. Data will not be disclosed to third parties, except where required by law. The company’s web hosting and email providers may have access to it as data processors.

Rights. Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, and may withdraw their consent, by writing to the data controller at info@cotazerohouse.com. They also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
