Using the website www.cotazerohouse.com (hereinafter, the “site”) makes the person doing so a user (hereinafter, the “user”). Any use of the site or of the services it includes implies acceptance of the terms of this legal notice, so users are advised to read them each time they visit.

In accordance with Spanish Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, users are informed that the site is registered in Spain and that its owner is COTA 0 HOUSE, S.L. The main purpose of the site is to promote, to the general public, the activities carried out by Cota Zero House and the services it provides.

Use of the site and liability

Access to the site is the sole responsibility of users. Any risks arising from its use are borne exclusively by the user.

Accessing the site does not create any commercial relationship between Cota Zero House and the user. The information published does not constitute a binding offer.

Cota Zero House does not guarantee the infallibility, availability, continuity, absence of defects or security of the site, nor that its content or the information passing through it is free of viruses or other harmful elements.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Cota Zero House and the user, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona for any dispute relating to the site or the activities carried out on it. Where the user is a consumer, the courts of the user’s place of residence shall have jurisdiction.
